A $200 deposit secures your spot and goes toward your total project cost. From system setup to staff training, we manage the process start to finish—so you can focus on patient care.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. A completed intake form and payment (if applicable) are required to confirm your appointment. You will receive a personalized informational sheet via email prior to your 1-hour 30-minute consultation. Cancellation Policy You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment with no penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable, but one-time rescheduling may be offered at our discretion. No-shows or missed appointments will not be refunded. Waitlist Policy If a session time is fully booked, clients may join a waitlist. Openings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis via email or text. If contacted, waitlisted clients must confirm availability within 2 hours to claim the spot. Questions or Changes?
